great place to live

I have lived in arbor mill for 2 years, and it has been an awesome experience. Marley, Billy and Veronica are the greatest.They treat you with respect and take care of any problems immediately.Maintenance is great. The community is very quiet. I would recommend this place to any one..

Website sucks. Apartment is nice. Neighbors inconsiderate.

When I moved in, things were nice and cozy. Staff has been friendly and accommodating. Our neighbors below have been told repeatedly to turn music down and to stop yelling and throwing things. I signed a new 12-month rental agreement, and the website has been changed. Cursers do not line up correctly when typing messages. Signing in for the first time took me, two staff members and an IT person 35 minutes to fix. Requesting maintenance on the new site layout is impossible, apparently based on results. It feels as though Wesley apartments doesn’t care at all, because they took a system that worked mostly and changed it to a system that is a nightmare to navigate and use efficiently, which probably saves them a couple of dollars each month.

This complex is one of my favorites

This complex is one of my favorites, i lived here for a few years transferred to a sister community but didn't receive the same quality service and moved back in November 2016. The office staff is honest and real, but they also are remarkable. Billy amd veronica are unmatched when it comes to making sure things are done in a timely manner. Pedro and Angel are the maintenance guys and they do a damn good job with handling service calls. I would strongly recommend this community especially if you want to be close enough to the city but far enough from the noise.

I have been living in Arbor Mill almost 10 years.

I have been living in Arbor Mill almost 10 years. I haven't had issue with this place. The property is nice, clean, quiet. Any time I have had an issue, they have handled it in a timely manner and made sure it was completed to my satisfaction. There has been no issues with bugs or rodents in the last apartment that I was in with Arbor Mill nor the current one that I am in. Overall I have been satisfied as a tenant with the staff and management company, as well as the property. I would recommend checking it out for yourself before passing judgement based on some of the reviews.

I have lived here on and off for over 4 years

I have lived here on and off for over 4 years. Billy and his team really seek out opportunities to improve, when i first moved in here the community was on a downturn toward being a low end community. Now through the hard work and dedication of the team here including the new manager Marley they have turn this place around. These guys deserve all the awards they can earn. Great job guys

Billy in the Office is Great!

Last month i moved into Arbor Mill. I was really pleased with the whole process and how smooth it went. As soon as i walked in, one of the people in the office Billy really helped make everything really easy. He talked with me about my different options, helped me pick the best one for me, and made sure everything was done on time. I was in a rush to find a place to live and Billy made sure that i was able to move in very easily and quickly. I really appreciated his kindness and how patient and understanding he was. The customer service he provided was unmatched. It is a nice, quiet community and i would definitely recommend anyone to live here.

I wouldn't have moved but I had a job relocation

I just wanted to say how much i enjoyed living here. I would have never moved but my job relocated me. If I am ever back in ga i will be back!

I have lived since 2012 and I love it. The community is safe and I've never had any issues. The maintenance staff responds fairly quickly. The staff has to be the best staff I've encountered.

When I moved to Atlanta I decided Jimmy Carter would be a prime location to settle in. I got to meet Billy, who really knew how to make a person feel welcomed. He did a great job getting me moved in and I loved this property ever since. It's extremely quiet and all the neighbors are very friendly. So if your looking for a place to call home Arbor Mills is the best in town!

So I came to the area looking for apartments. Met a nice gentlemen named Billy that went over all the necessary arrangements I needed to move in. He helped me understand how I would be able to move in in a timely manor and was courteous and polite to any question I had. I asked if he was part of the mangement team and he said he wasn't. I told him he would be great for management because of his patience to take care of everything I needed in a timely but efficient way. Thanks for your help Billy

I just moved into Arbor Mills and I was kindly asked to write a review. The whole process was very convenient for me. I did the application online and signed and electronic lease. when I had question regarding the lease, Veronica was very kind to answer them all. This is the least I can do for the great service I received. Thank you Arbor Mill Staff.
