Leasing Consultant - Atlanta, Ga

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and lease renewals, including:

  •  
     Generating and handling traffic
  •  
     Leasing apartments
  •  
     Qualifying prospects
  •  
     Preparing lease documentation and completing move-in procedures
  •  
     Convey resident service requests to the Maintenance Staff
  •  
     Assist the manager with competition market research
  •  
     Handle telephone and internet traffic
  •  
     Showing ready apartments
  •  
     Computer literacy in MS Word, e-mail

High School Diploma required; college degree ideal. Drug test, criminal background check and reliable transportation required. This position is also responsible for complying with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing.

Maintenance Technician - Atlanta, Ga

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in completing tasks that ensure the community meets safety, appearance and operational standards established by the company. General areas of responsibility are:

  •  
     Assist the Maintenance Supervisor
  •  
     Perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner
  •  
     Make apartments ready for move-in
  •  
     Report any maintenance problems to the supervisor
  •  
     Assist supervisor in controlling expenses
  •  
     Follow-up on service requests and insure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

     Good communicator and listener
  •  
     Possess and continually improve technical skills in all areas of property maintenance

     Previous maintenance experience, some prior apartment maintenance experience

Maintenance Supervisor - Atlanta, Ga

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of the community meet the companys established standards for safety, appearance and operation within the budgeted financial goals. Maintenance Supervisors are also responsible for:

  •  
     Managing the turn process of apartments to support the communitys leasing efforts
  •  
     Scheduling contractors and assist in completing the turn process
  •  
     Inspecting ready apartments for move-in quality
  •  
     Insuring compliance with the communitys safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  •  
     Must be organized
  •  
     Have a mechanical background
  •  
     HVAC Type I and II certification
  •  
     Positive resident relations
  •  
     Must meet all expectations in the Maintenance Technician Job Description Responsibilities.

Property Manager - Atlanta, Ga

The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the community overseeing and enhancing the value of the property, employing and developing the staff and maintaining positive resident relations. In additions, Managers must:

  •  
     Possess knowledge of Property Management Software applications
  •  
     Be organized and strong in budget management
  •  
     Posses team building skills
  •  
     Posses marketing, resident retention and resident relations skills
  •  
     Be able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  •  
     Approve resident applications
  •  
     Schedule apartment turns
  •  
     Set leasing and income goals
  •  
     Complete monthly reports and appartment audits
  •  
     Handle resident disputes and customer service issues

Managers are responsible for complying with all state federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing. A minimum of 3 years experience in property management and a college degree are prefferred. Applicants with CAM, ARM, or CPM certification will be prioritized.
